What do you expect from a Realtor when you decide to list your home?

Do you just expect the following from a Realtor? Put Information in MLS Put up a Sign Advertise Stay in Touch Have a Open House Come to closing and get their check OR I expect my Realtor to have knowledge of Georgia local laws, legal forms & contracts
