7) HIRE A REALTOR WHO CHARGES A "FAIR COMMISSION," WHO WILL BE AN ADVOCATE FOR YOUR NEEDS DURING NEGOTIATIONS, AND GIVE 'FULL-SERVICE' NEW MEANING... BE HONEST WITH YOU ABOUT THE MARKET AND WHO HAS A PROVEN STRATEGIC DETAILED MARKETING PLAN SO YOU KNOW WHAT HE/SHE IS DOING TO EARN THE COMMISSION. To sell a home in this market, more than a 'short list' marketing plan is needed.
