How to Use the MLS/FMLS Search

Options on the First Page:

1. You can view all Virtual Properties Realty Listings
2. You can decide how you want to search: by CITY, ZIP, MAP, COUNTY, SCHOOL, SUBDIVISION, or LISTING NUMBER.
3. Enter the PRICE RANGE you are interested in, and the NUMBER OF BEDROOMS and BATHS you want.
4. You can also let the search engine know how many listings you want to see per page, the sort order of the price, and how you want to see the pictures.
5. You can SAVE YOUR SEARCH for future use and also get EMAIL ALERTS of NEW listings and CHANGES in listings which satisfy your search such as price changes.

The ADVANCED SEARCH...

allows you to refine your search criteria BY LOT SIZE, YEAR BUILT, but ALSO ENTER YOUR OWN KEYWORDS! Examples are... LAKE... GOLF... FORECLOSURE... INGROUND POOL... TENNIS... MASTER ON MAIN... BASEMENT... FINISHED BASEMENT... WHIRLPOOL TUB... FENCED YARD... DINING ROOM... LIVING ROOM... SUNROOM... STAINED CABINETS, just to name a few .

REMEMBER TO IDENTIFY IF 'ALL' KEYWORDS HAVE TO BE PRESENT IN THE LISTING OR IF 'ANY' IS OKAY. If you enter 'master on main' and 'basement', do you want both or just one of them has to be in the listing.
