My business decision has been, and will continue to be, to never grow my business to the point that I can no longer provide the ‘personal’ services that I provide my clients today. As my family doctor has grown and added partners, none of them have known me as well as my family doctor. None can tell what to do, just by looking at me, as my family doctor. When I go to the doctors’ office, I go to see my family doctor. I will never lose touch with the details of my client’s transition, as “it is in the details” that I can provide my clients with sound real estate advice and marketing and help them understand the strategies of decision-making and the future implications of the real estate decision they make today.

With 13 Years Experience as a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer in the Atlanta area, I have developed the expertise to ensure that qualified buyers are available for your home, to provide financial counseling to you in the sale of your home, and to follow the processing of your buyer’s loan so there are no surprises at closing.... I can ‘talk the talk, and walk the walk!”.
My exceptional knowledge, technology, and specialization in Negotiations and the Negotiating Process provides an outstanding benefit to my clients in reaching the best price and terms for their home. My expertise in this specialization has developed a list of contractual special stipulations! Formal education has named me a Certified Expert Negotiator in Real Estate.
The Capstone Institute Courses in Residential Appraisals, as well as the Financing background, allows me to best explain to my clients how the appraiser looks at a home and what to watch for in pricing your home as well as identify the important aspects of your home which will affect the price!
With a college degree in Math, Physics, Education and a technical background in computers, I have an outstand background to give special attention to detail as well as the big picture. I make sure no detail is left behind to best meet my client’s goal! With this same background, I gladly use the latest technology tools in marketing your property, but only the ‘tools’ that ‘behave as tools!’
A corporate background in Long-Range Planning and Marketing has prepared me to run my ‘business’ as a business, and provide the best in Marketing Techniques!
